Is there a better substitution for Adventurer's Guildhouse other than Seismic Assault/Land's Edge? It's trying to keep in flavor with the house falling on the Wicked Witch....

Not really...I was thinking of 'throwing a land at her'. (Esp. since 2 damage is enough to kill Sorceress Queen.)
