Theft of Dreams

Alright. I had cause to sift through my boxes of cards today, and saw this. It is a wonderful support card, but how can it be used to full advantage?

Theft of Dreams
Common - Exodus (the bridge symbol)
Sorcery - 2U
For each tapped creature target opponent controls, draw a card.

Blinding Light, Stasis, and Kismet are my first thoughts. Any other ideas on how to best use this card?

I suppose it would work well with Opposition too, Icy Manipulator, Malicious Advice, and the dreaded Stormscape Apprentice (no!).

Just to play games with people's heads in this forum, what about running an engine for multiplayer with Varchild's War Riders, Mind Over Matter, and Theft of Dreams? :)
