Currently there are no places near me sponsoring a "Legacy" format tournament. However, if there ever IS a place near me, I'll be well prepared. I have always had 4 copies of Tradewind Rider and Survival of the Fittest since they were printed. I recently have acquired most of the cards needed for ATS. I found this list at www.mtgthesource.com a web-site dedicated to the new format. Serious discussion is demanded by these guys but there is a casual forum. I posted once already.

I plaed this deck in a multi-player twice. the first time I painted a target on my head because I had many permanants out by turn 4 and so I died quickly the second time I won but annoyed the hell out of everyone and therefore was asked to not play the deck again

ATS is quite likely the best deck in the format. Good for you, Killer Joe.

I have been to The Source several times (used to go there back when I was checking out the old 1.5) although I am not a member there. They have good stuff.

It is a strong deck - especially with the blue backing plays... Not sure I'd want to face it - but I think I'd do well against it...

Any updates on how it has done in tourneys?

train posted an anti-ATS deck somewhere. It had untargettable creatures like Nimble Mongoose, Blastoderm et al

However, there is a deck comming from Southern Cali called the "San Diego Zoo" that looks very much like train's deck and has Ischron Scepters for Incinerate, Lightning Bolt and Fire // Ice.

Zoo is a very solid deck. I was wondering how well it would do and then found an answer when I noticed the article at the beginning of this thread.

The aggro deck that really scares me is Madness...
