This could be just plain sick:
Tangle Wire
Tangle
Global Ruin
Rising Waters
Mageta, the Lion
Collective Conscience
The Gold Enchantment Card from Invasion W/G "1, sac: Enlightend Tutor"
Some Artifact mana producers
and a whole lotta nerve!
I'll make a better list once I toy with idea for real.

4x Tangle Wire
4x Tangle
4x Mageta, The Lion
4x Enlightened Tutor
2x Sterling Grove
3x Global Ruin
3x Rising Waters
3x Collective Conscious (sp?) (The new Propaganda)
2x Seashell Cameo
2x G/W Cameo
2x Kismet
3x Fact or Fiction
12x Plains
5x Forest
7x Island

Tangle Wire, Tangle, Rising Waters, Kismet, Global Ruin and Collective Consciousness (sp?), all have synergy, albeit a chaotic one.
The Grove, Fact or Fiction and Tutors are the search engines.
I almost never build decks because I'm not THAT good yet and certainly never original ones (except for the mighty "Erratic-Spikes" deck), so here's my contribution to the whole "Building Your Own Deck" effort.
Enjoy :)
Tournament worthy? No. A pain in the ARS?! Yes. And isn't that what Magic is all about?

I like! I like!

Okay, Harrow is some good, allowing you acceleration and fun with collective unconcious. plus with global ruin.

4x Tangle Wire
2x Dawnstrider (1 win method
4x Mageta, The Lion (2-5 win methods)
1x Millstone (6th win method)
4x Enlightened Tutor
3x Sterling Grove
3x Global Ruin
3x Rising Waters
3x Collective Conscious
4x Harrow
2x Kismet
3x Fact or Fiction
11x Plains
6x Forest
7x Island

the problem I had originally was that, once mageta died (and this deck has no counterspells) you lost.

I think that the card that says "Creature you control cannot be the target of spells and abilities, when a creature you control attacks, sacrifice ______" would be fun in the sideboard

I'll add the Harrows. I didn't want the deck to have counterspells (I'm in therapy and trying to play Blue against it's nature).
I'll try it. Thanks :)

13 Forest
8 Island
4 Llanowar Elves
4 Birds of Paradise
4 River Boa
4 Nomadic Elf
3 Quirion Sentinal
3 Waterfront Bouncer
2 Blastoderm
3 Daze
2 Power Sink
4 Tangle Wire
2 Wash Out
4 Rising Waters

If you want to play Tangle Wire + Rising Waters
then making some cheap men first is quite good.

Methinks you missed the point: Tangle is a lock deck, based around stalling everyone else long enough for you to pull through a win. NOT a creature deck.
