Storm Deck

I was up one night thinking about a deck that makin a Rising Water deck when I realize that Mana Denial is a great ideal. Then I crossed a card that looked great also
Aether Storm.

I took a gander at it and thought it would be a great deck to build. Creature denial hmmmmmm sounds great. I know its more fragile then Rising Waters, but its a different pace.

...someone please tell me what Aether Storm does? I can't judge the deck if I don't know the cards. Thanks. I will give you ideas for the deck, Keo, after you, or someone, tells me what Aether Storm do.

I'd use slow motion. With shimmer it can be damn effective.

Aether Storm has been errata'd to say "No Creatures Spells may be played". This includes Artifact Creature spells (whereas under the old wording of "Summon" you COULD play Artifact Creature spells).
