Raisin Format -- Forbidian

Oversoul

The Tentacled One
4 Ophidian
2 Masticore
2 Morphling
4 Fact or Fiction
2 Capsize
2 Force Spike
4 Forbid
4 Powder Keg
2 Nevinyrral's Disk
4 Mana Leak
4 Counterspell
4 Force of Will
4 Thawing Glaciers
18 Island

It's almost ridiculously slow. But it packs more control than probably any other type of deck in the format. It has enough countermagic to stall (Forbid provides a suprisingly effective soft lock) while Ophidians (and Fact or Fiction) make for nice card advantage.

I don't have a sideboard yet, but that could certainly change the deck. Masticores could be a 3 or 4 of in the sideboard (rather than a 2 of in the maindeck). Siding out Thawing Glaciers for Back to Basics is another consideration. Also I haven't tested Chalice of the Void yet...

Oversoul

The Tentacled One
I haven't done anything new with this deck, although now that I've gotten more of a grasp of the Legacy metagame, I think it's definitely a viable strategy. It is fairly good against control or prison decks, although surviving early and midgame can be tough. Back to Basics should be a nasty sideboard tool.

A friend and I have almost completed a different version, which is more of a prison build. Rather than using Ophidian and mass countermagic, it is W/U and attempts to lock the opponent down with Isochron Scepter and Orim's Chant. It is perhaps an even narrower deck though, as it is even more vulnerable against aggro. It does seem to have a good matchup against ATS (which is probably the best deck in the format right now). But I don't like the idea of piloting either the Forbidian or Scepter Lockdown against something like Goblin Sligh or URG Madness...
