Wanted to let you know about this nifty little Guru program I signed up with from WotC.
WHERE IT IS:

WHY I'M TELLING YOU THIS:
If any of you are good at teaching people how to play Magic, or help friends with decks, or any stuff like that, you're already a Guru, you just haven't signed up yet.

WHY I CARE:
Everyone that signs up for the Guru program and names me as the person who got them to do it (ID# 133583) gets me 5 Guru points. 10 Guru points = one Guru land, and a free booster pack. Quite sweet.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
Aside from the ability to get rewarded for introducing people to the game? Guru lands, gift-certificates, boxes of Magic...assuming you care about stuff like that.
THE POINT:
Go to tbe website I listed above. Get some free cards. Make me a happy camper by putting in #133583 as the person who referred you. (BTW, unless I'm mistaken, doing that gets YOU 5 points as well.) If you wanna pursue it further and get yourself some cool Guru stuff, gruuvi. If not, that's cool too.
Yes, I am pimping myself off to Magic. Yes, this sounds like a telemarketing pitch. And yes, inside, I'm beating myself senseless for trying to get you to do this for me. But it would be quite kewl.
