In about a month, our store is having a T2 Peasant Magic tournament, meaning no rares.
Do you have any deck ideas? I'm thinking Goblins, or Sarnia Affinity without Broodstar, with Atog.

I would do affinity. Or some weird Rift-Slide deck, though those aint so powerful without some of the bomb rares to back them up. Not sure if you want to go atog mode or not. Try something like this:

Seriously. Give that a whirl. No really, actually playtest it, even if you have to use proxies. I'm sure you'll find that it's pretty good.

What about running Atog and Skullclamp in that deck, to make it as close to Ravager as possible?

well, dur, I can't believe I forgot skullclamp. Atog isn't quite a ravager replacement though, because Atog can't sack itself to put largeness onto another creature - that's really what put Ravager over the top.

Anyway, yeah, you might want to try taking out the five blue cards and putting in 4 Skullclamps and a 4th Tooth of Chiss-Goria. The Tooth is really pretty good.

Also, Skeleton Shard could be crazy-go-nuts in this format. Also, green for artifact kill is always good.

Yeah, but I'd want that on the sideboard. I think there are mainly going to be aggro decks here, and I probably need to out race them. PS I need Skullclamps!

I would use Grow-A-Tog. For those that don't know it is the buget Rafinity.

I still have to go with a utility based deck - and in creature wars I think soldiers and elves are the best utility sets out there right now...
