Not lands, not Duals, but...

Little info on these as of yet, but I heard at the prerelease (and it was confirmed by someone else at MTGnews!) that Planeshift (exp. after Invasion) has not lands, not dual lands, but TRIPLE lands! No one knows how they work yet, but the names are known:

Darigaaz's Lair
Crosis's Lair
Rith's Lair
Treva's Lair
Dromar's Lair

Obviously, these are the lairs of the new DLs, so we can expect them to be legendary. Further info is sketchy, but they are supposed to only come into play tapped (doubtful that that's it, if even that's right)

Someone said that they are like this.

Exp.

T:add one W mana to your mana pool
T:pay one life, add one G mana to your mana pool
T:pay one life, add one U mana to your mana pool

They are also lengendary lands

This is not confirmed, but I find this one most believeable.

The way I see it, they'll probably produce only one mana at a time, though they can produce three colors of mana. Those colors are obviously those of the particular dragon legend (ex. G, R, and B for Darigaaz's Lair). Now, it would be perfectly alright for them to only come into play tapped. Why? Because they are legendary. You can have only one in play at a time. And, since they only produce one individual mana at a time, then they do not unbalance the game like Tolarian Academy and Gaea's Cradle. Because of the one mana production and legendary sttus, a player would only put one or two of a particular copy in his deck.

All things considered, however, I would not find it unnatural to place three successively-related Tri-Lands in a single deck (ex. GRB, RBU, BUW), especially a two-color deck splashing a third. A four or five-color deck would very readily put all five lands in. In this case, perhaps the lands would be unfair if these types of decks dominated, but I doubt it.

The idea that they produce 1 mana safely and two other kinds at a loss of 1 life would also be a good deal, that is, if they come into play untapped. They would then act as hyper-powered pain lands, a legendary safe alternative to playing City of Brass, which hurts all the time. Whatever the case may be, they're obviously rare. ;)

Something like that:

1, tap:White mana
2, tap:Green mana
2, tap:Blue mana

or something.........and they were from Homelands and were bad.
