Need help with deck

I need help constructing a deck for a tournament this saturday. Here's what I have so far:

4 Phyrexian Scuta
3 Flametongue Kavu
4 Blazing Specter
4 Seal of Fire
4 Dark Ritual
4 Sinister Strength

That only makes up 23 cards. I need more. Please give me your insight and tell me what to put in and/or take out.

Fact: I am keeping the Scuta's and Strength's in no matter what. So, the deck should be all Black, Black/Blue(I have the undermines for it), or, my favorite, Black/Red.

Snorl?!?! never heard that one before. Snorl....is that a sound like a snort? Hmmmmm......snorl? I think I like that.

Snorl.....Snorl...Snorl....:)

Oh and Doomsday Specters are cool. Possibly through in rats or the familiar for gating. also, Those Cavern harpys are pritty cool. Chump blockers against a later blastoderm or something. also good for continously removing cards from opponent hand with rats.

First exscuse(?) my very poor english adn second about the word snorl:

Snorl is the sound of a very depressed person who feel that everyone hate them.

And to Ransac:
Skip Sinister Stregnth they aren't good enought to play with.

On the contrary, I find sinister strength too good to pass up. In the case that I play with creatures that aren't black in any way, this makes that creature much harder to destroy, mainly against black. The only way to destroy it is with terminate, which means they'll waste a card for it. Also, the +3/+1 for 1B is not bad. They stay.

Here is a B/R deck I and a friend have built:

Lands(24)
1 Keldon Necropolis
4 Sulfurus Springs
4 Karplusan Forest
7 Mountain
9 Swamp

Creatures(18)
4 Skizzik
4 Flametongue Kavu
4 Blazing Specter
3 Mogg Sentry
2 Phyrexian Scuta
1 Two-headed Dragon

Spells(18)
4 Dark Ritual
4 Terminate
3 Urza's Rage
2 Ghitu Fire
2 Chimeric Idol
1 Earthquake

Sideboard:
2 Stromgald Cabal(Against White control)
2 Dread of Night(Rebels)
1 Tsabo's Decree(Rebels)
2 Earthquake(Rebels,Fires)
2 Flashfires(Rebels)

Karplusan Forests are there just for the hull breachs. B/R dosen't have a single enchantment removal in T2.

I don't care much for enchant creatures. Yes a terminate will be the only thing to kill it, but it's not a one on one trade. You loose two cards. A creature and an enchantment. also these are two permanents. And what does the opponent lose? one pathetic little card. Of cource if your able to deal an extra 6 dammage then it could be worth it. I just think there are probably better things to spend mana on.

Keldon Necropolis is a great card. Gets rid of any unwanted weenies, like a late game rats.

If you do go B/U Put some Stormscape Battlemages in. I know their slow, but 6 to kill a creature is still okay, expecialy if you have the harpys to gate them.
