Phasing, cannot be the target of spells or abilities.
UURR: target permanent phases out.

when Etzan Tzyver comes into play, remove all non-Etzan permanents from the game, then search all players' hands, graveyards, and libraries and remove all permanents found there from the game.

Oh and another thing, I'm not sure about the phasing ability, its a little overpriced in my opinion, perhaps you could cut it down just a wee bit.
