Force of habit... I study traditional Shotokan Karate... and do quite a bit of Eastern Philosophy reading... Mainly origins of styles and "family trees" developed from those styles...



It's all good...

I did karate myself at age 8 or so.. and i was in aikido about half a year ago.. now i thought about starting a Iaido course

If you have no training in the style of karate, or any other styles. Don't worry, your not alone. I was recently challenged to a fight by one of these places where you learn Karate, and man was I surprised by the old teachers.

When fighting, always look for openings, offbalances, and the occasional break in concentration.

15 minutes of fighting made me want to learn some tai-quan-do to whup the guys 50 year old arse!

I think oranges definitely beat lemons in citrus goodness.

i think lemons are less of something to eat... its like a 'delicacy'(if thats how you spell it) or something like that... like something you would eat less often... but are definitly better than oranges
