I would like to ask you a question: Misdirection?
Why? Wouldn't a Rethink, Mana Leak, or Miscalculation be a better option? Unless you have some secret you're hiding for the Misdirection, I really, really think you should consider why they're present over say, Undermine or Counterspell.

Overall, the deck looks alright though.

Can I ask you one more question? Seer's Vision? Yes, I know it's very addictive, just looking at the art makes me want to play it, but hey, seriously, wouldn't Lobotomy be better? Seer's Vision could stay though, it has its uses. How about 2 Lobotomy and 2 Seer's Vision? Consider it, atleast.

Reins of Power is so fun. I'm very happy now. Seeing all these people playing with all these fun cards I like myself! Good god! God bless Reins of Power.

Is this deck fun to play? Because it sure does look like it.

About Misdirection. Anything that I'd want to counter I can probably have you discard. Misdirection lets them know who's really wearing the pants.

Yeah, actually you never need more than one Seer's Vision at a time. So at least 1-2 Lobotomy will never hurt.

Decks without Victory Conditions!!! Yeah!

Actually, I don't have all the cards for this deck. I just made this one up. It would be fun though, in that insane way.
