I've always believed Homelands was not as weak as everyone says. In a Homelands only enviroment, there are actually several viable deck types that are fun. Apocalypse Chime becomes a very effective Nevinyrral's Disk, for example, as it takes out non-basic lands as well. Most decks are creature based, of course, however, blue control is quite workable and strong because only green weenie is faster at getting its damage out. These are the decks that I've come up that are truly viable in a Homelands-only enviroment.
