The deck sets up Day of the Dragons with mana acceleration and some token producers. If the Day ends, the token producers come back and start creating tokens again. The Dances can clone any creature in play. It lets you get double use from your numerous CIP creatures. The Chimes and the Eternal Witnesses pull back your enchantments and the Witness can also fetch any other card you need.
I don't know how the deck will do. Unfortunately, the deck has no real way to win if I never get to the Days or if they all get removed. The mana's also terrible, with double and triple blue and green all over the place. But it might be fun to watch at least.
EDIT: Oh, I just realized the decklist only has 59 cards. Well, just imagine something good in that last slot then. Excellent.
