Big Trouble (the movie, silly)

Has anybody else gone to see this? You've probably seen the commercials, which make it look stupid, but I loved the movie. Very funny, especially if you've read Dave Barry's columns (he wrote the book that the movie was based on). There's a bunch of "inside" jokes (for lack of a better term) for people that read Barry regularly.

..."The Seminal Fluids" would be a great name for a rock band.

I read the book. It was cute. I'll probably see the movie, just for a laugh.

This is a joke, isn't it? That book wasn't movie quality! It was.. humourus, but it seems that the subject matter wouldn't pull...

I never read the book; in fact, I didn't realize he'd written a real book until I heard about the movie. So I don't know if it was any good or not, but I liked the movie, and from what I've read it's gotten good reviews, too.
