I think he means all of the artifacts that were part of "The Legacy", not all the artifacts that were in the set named Urza's Legacy. But I could be wrong.

Not necessarily. Part of the Rath Cycle storyline is that The Legacy had been stolen. They went to Rath to rescue Sisay and to recover The Legacy. By the way, Karn was one of The Legacy artifacts.

I know Karn was part of The Legacy, as was The Weatherlight. also the card Treasure Trove shows skyshaper and several other artifacts that were part of The Legacy.
I was just curious if anyone knew a complete list both as a trivia point and my curiosity as to if there is a "deck" that WotC had fed us piece by piece.
Perhaps someone who read the Rath Cycle books?
