Is it so hard in England to get a city to change a road name?
I also wonder how hard it would be just to tell the pizza delivery guy/ taxi driver "Seriously, that's the name of the road. You'll see."
Now the bare buttocks might have been an issue. I'd have to take it on a case-by-case basis.

Beats me. Only someone who lives there, like Gizmo, could answer that.
They probably thought it was funny when moving in and didn't realize the hassles of actually living there
And it depends how many "real crank calls" the pizza place got so that they wouldn't even try it for them...
