You could always try "Type Casual" where you can use any and all cards (usually still following the Type 1 Restricted List though). The problem is finding people on Apprentice who will also play that way. If you're just playing with "strangers", it'll be tough but maybe you can nose around on...

It shouldn't be a problem normally if you're not behind a firewall or connecting to the Net directly instead of going through a proxy server or something; it might be how your browser's set up. But what those settings should be, I have no idea... :(

I don't know what you mean by the "accuser" reference. From what I remember of Job, it sounded like God and Satan met on some other "neutral" ground than in heaven. Isaiah says "fallen" and "cut down" which infers more to me that he did not get there by choice but rather by someone else's actions.
