What kind of workout are you looking for? Do you prefer aerobic or weight-lifting-type activites? Free or fee-based? I was a swimmer, so I'm biased towards that. But biking/hiking/running is good too. I was never one to really lift weights though.

It would be the answer if you played this first and then the Eruption so it'd be the next spell.

Good questiom about leaving just their bags. Beats me... I think that part doesn't affect the game itself so they wouldn't be penalized... just have to pay a monstrous taxi bill after the Pitstop which would affect their cash flow later. Teams always ask their taxis to wait without leaving...
