That's sort of a messed up way to do things though... I want to play with this card, but it got restricted. Oh well, if it's restricted and banned in the current block, then it's okay. Because clearly being banned in block means its power level is lower than other restricted cards in Vintage...

I agree, I'm just trying to point out that my first reason was the one people tend to use... The only one that I personally would use to ban or restrict it in a format would be the third reason I listed... But I think the first two have had some influence, although unjustly...
