Savagely Broke [PDH]

The Tentacled One
This is my take on Gruul Stompy for PDH. It's pretty simple, with the distinction that I've paid particular attention to filling the deck with creatures that can be used cheaply in the early game, then hardcast later once I've ramped. That's why there are so many adventure creatures, creatures with cycling, creatures with omen spells, etc.

The Tentacled One
The first game of last night was a five-player pod. This deck slowed down the wide boards of smaller creatures with Forktail Sweep into Dragon Breath, then started demolishing opponents with big attacks. I was able to hold up Bloodfire Infusion to retain the initiative and save myself from a crackback, taking opponents down one-by-one. Success.

Like I said in three other threads, I forgot to post about my games on the 24th of June. The final game for the night was down to a three-player pod. Casey kept blitzing me with faeries (Obyra, Dreaming Duelist deck). I eventually overcame him, but that left me at a disadvantage against Mike (playing his new deck helmed by Mr. Orfeo, the Boulder), who two-shot me with some double strike trample shenanigans before I could two-shot him with my own flying tramplers.
