I am wondering what deck to build when all the stuf goes out in extended. Green/Black is going to be big. What about Counter/Rebel. Give me your opinion.

Take your own advice, I may be no Bill Patterson, but I can at least point you to him. 
Play what you feel comfortable playing. I'm sure Green/Black or Green/Blue will be seen aplenty. It will be interesting at first with many different decks while the environment is discovered. Eventually it will be like every other Magic Format, a few really good ones will surface and that'll be most of what's seen.
But, I'd play what you are good at playing. And remember, it is much easier for a good player to compensate with a bad deck than it is for a bad player to adapt a good deck.

I know I can play the deck because I played it when it was probaly 1 of best decks in Type 2 before Masque Block went out. I dont know how it would do in extended. I am probaly one of the best players that go down to the store where I go.
