It's expensive, but don't count out Voice of All. I can't get over how good that card is sometimes. I played a weenie/bear-style rebel deck at a tourney a few months ago (when Crusade and geddon were still around), and the Voice was an absolute star.

I just read an article few hours ago on StarCity... It's a deck that's very close to this one, except is doesn't use the rebel chain or Chimeric Idol, but rather Static Orb and many non-tapping creatures. If you're still going to go this way, I'd suggest maybe the Coalition Honor Guard. That is if you can find a way to fit him in here.
