Blue is represented by Triskell, the island southeast of the northern province of Tsumara.

Their warriors are the Dragoons who, in the style of diving drakes, jump high in the air to truly get the drop on their foes. They can also stay clear out of the way of targeting. Look up, look waaaaaay up.

"You charge into Triskell blindly, and now you'll be struck dumb."

The province's main contribution to magic is the wise men and (mostly) women of the area, the Davinas. They use music, syncopation and harmony as their magical aids, and they can disarm their opponents by enthralling them, causing them to either run or give way. They also perform circle magic to shield them and Triskell from harm. They have a new-agey, hippie air to them, with an artistic obsession replacing their nature obsession.
