Answer: They're mollusks.

Ummm.. they are all cephalopods. which was my answer.

Actually, I don't think they are cephalopods. The Octopus is, certainly, but I think cephalopods are a specific type of mollusk.

Cephalopods are Mollusks.... not vice-versa.
