Heh. All those cards are too powerful.

Necro's 2 second abilities, each are good enough to cost 1B on their own. Mana cost of 4B is minimum for this card.

Magica: 5U.

Nature: 3G.

Heat: 3R.

Protect: 2W.

You've never made a card before, have you? :)

The name thing is odd, since there have been plenty of cards already printed that gave three options as to the effects and traditionally, these cards have always been called <Something> Charm.

Necro in particular is awkward, since that's the nickname for Necropotence and has been for years...

WotC has steered clear of good black mana acceleration for longer than I've been playing. Your black charm is not as good as Dark Ritual in that department, but it's the next best thing, even disregarding the discard and creature kill abilities, which are both undercosted at B.

Your blue charm is Flash counter (1U) or Time Ebb (2U, but at sorcery speed) for cheaper than either, with the most effective card drawing since Ancestral Recall thrown on as yet another option.

The green one is comparably less scary, but still lets you choose between a small creature enhancer, artifact creature removal, or a Vitalize effect. That should definitely cost more than G.

The red and white ones are thankfully even more mild (are these suckers supposed to be listed in descending order of power level). Still they're a bit undercosted, since they provide multiple decent effects for a single mana.

I agree with Kode that none of these five are balanced enough to avoid being overly powerful. The white and red ones, maybe the green as well, could be made workable with some increases to the mana costs. The black and blue ones (especially the black) would probably have to be reworked altogether...

Is this any better? Check out the rarity.

Much better. But.

Here are the changes I would make to balance some of those cards out:

Necro: instead of -1/-2, -1/-1.

Magica: perfect.

Natural: instead of untapping all creatures, untapping 1.

Heated: perfect.

Protection: perfect.

For Necro Charm, how about -2/-1? That way it still has more impact than a mere -1/-1, which has been proven to be pretty weak, but still not as capable of actually killing creatures as -1/-2...
