They are worth less than a buck. The last 4 I had, I sold for $2.00. I have even seen them in some of the other stores quarter boxes.

yeah it is really weird the rack (uncommon, I think) is worthless, but a newer version which cost more to get out (3 mana instead of 1) is worth about 3 bucks

Yeah, but the new version (Wheel of Torture) does damage to ALL opponents, and Rack to only target opponent. Wheel is an awesome multiplayer card in the right deck.

As decent as wheel of torture may be in multiplayer, it doesn't hold a candle to iron maiden with prosperity. Two iron maidens and a prosperity for 10 makes you the winner.
