The Basics of what colors do

    Hey Spidey, IDK where this goes so please move it to the appropiate place :)

    Red: Direct damage, "Haste" creature, artifact removal, goblins and dwarves

    Black: life loss, "fear" creatures, creature removal

    White: life gain, protection from X, soldiers, humans

    Green: pumping creatures p/t, "trample" creatures, elves, druids, treefolk, spot removal of flyers

    Blue: card drawing, counter magic, "flying" creatures, merfolk,

    Of course I'm probably missing all the obvious but with the changing of the color wheel several years ago I'm wondering now just what are the "basics" of the colors now. Help me out please.

    I would take away dwarves from red, they haven't been in there for a long time. Replace them with Dragons. And add Land Destruction.

    If you're doing creature types, I'd add zombies and demons to black

    Add Angels to white.
