Someone help me, please!

Im thinking of going to Regionals. If I do, I want to create a fun deck. White-Black-Blue fish deck came to my mind. Using black for Vodalian Zombie (Blastoderm, anyone?), Sinister Strength, and the awesome sleepers robe. White would be mainly for Disenchant, the white-blue merfolk, and possibly a little bit more. The only problem; I fail at making a decklist. I can never get the right card number: land ratio or anything like that. Can anyone help me? This is a list of possible cards I would like to use.
