    Here you go:

    Ring of Relinquishment, 6, Artifact, Reinvention, Rare
    When Ring of Relinquishment comes into play draw ten cards. You have no maximum hand size. During your upkeep pay two life or sacrifice Ring of Relinquishment.

    White Rose, 3, Legendary Artifact, Rare
    T, Sacrifice White Rose: Pay one mana of a color, then add three mana of the same color to your mana pool.
    Wars may be fought and won with a lotus. But a rose can strike beyond the battle.

    Battle Gear, 3, Artifact Equipment, Uncommon
    Equiped creature gets +2/+2 and has Advocate (Attacking doesn't cause it to tap.). Equip 1

    Restricter, 4, Artifact, Uncommon
    You may play artifacts and/or creatures into play for 1 less.

    Fluxuating Morphling, 6, Artifact Creature - Illusion 3/3, Rare
    Fire Breathing 1 (1, Fluxuating Morphling gets +1/+0 until end of turn) Encasement 1 (1, Fluxuating Morphling gets +0/+1 until end of turn.) Morph 6 (You play this card face down as a 2/2 creature for 3. You can flip it up at anytime for its morph cost.)

    Decoy, 0, Arifact Creature - Duck 0/1, Common
    Decoy can not attack or block. T, throw Decoy at an opponent: Prevent the next point of damage dealt to target creature or player this turn.
    "Quack!"

    Oasis Sand 8, Artifact Creature - Sand 4/4, Uncommon
    Affinity for basic lands (Oasis Sand cost 1 less to play for each basic land you control.)

    Seasoned Marksman, 4, Arifact Creature - Human Weapon 2/3, Common
    (Weapons can not block)
    Bang! "Stop or I'll Shoot!"

    this makes it MUCH better. i don't like the idea of "advocate". it's just givng an existing ability a new name.

    return decoy to your hand at the end of your opponents turn.
