i tried to build a deck for IBC and was able to fish this out

retuning their lands in early round and using agenda to reintro the card back would be hard beating in middle game

if this would be change to T1 or standard
boomerang
hoodwink
would be intro in to reinforce the power or returning

if oddssey would be in
fungal shambler, vodalian zombie -> 4 shadowmage infiltrator

giv some advice for me to add power to this deck

Uh there is hardly anyway to add power considering the deck sucks pretty bad, and IBC won't be played much anymore... you should focus on a standard deck.. and one with a better focus then bouncing lands.

Hey r00tg04t no need to be rude. He does have a point though, IBC is pretty much dead now.

To add power to the deck you first need to strip the deck of what isn't really doing anything for you. You've got a lot of little tricks in here, but without focus in the deck you're not going to get the tricks you want when you need them.
-4 stand/deliver
-4 barrin's unmaking
-2 Life/death
-2 Blind Seer
-2 fungal shambler (way too expensive for constructed play)
-2 Warped Devotion (you don't have enough bounce, plus a lot of IBC decks play bounce which will hurt you)

1 more Agenda
Mystic Snake
Fact or Fiction
Spiritmonger

If your hurting for the power IBC rares, there are definitely good commons/uncommons to fill the gaps.
Spite/Malice
Gaea's Skyfolk (the 2/2 flyer for UG)
Exclude
Harrow
and more

Also, you definitely have to clean the lands. 4 Yavimaya Coasts and 2 more Salt Marshes.

with oddssey introduce i would made this changes if i have these cards. and some ppl's replies...

2 fungal shambler -> llnawoer deed (apoc didn't realise b4)
2 barrin's unmaking -> traumatrize
1 lobotomy , temporal spring -> haunting echoes
