Is there a way for me to put envelopes in the Read This!! box if I have something I want everyone to see (like the Voting Topics?).

Well up on the main page of the boards, there's like a mail slot and when I first saw the slot, it had envelopes hangin out and I clicked on it and I saw a message from you stating these are beta boards and yata yata yata. Well, what I'm asking is: can anyone or just admins or just you stick a message up under the Read This!! section for anyone to see?
