This deck seems to really piss people off, much more so than many of my decks.. maybe it's because they loose to a loop of baubles... maybe its because the source is doomsday... :D
Enjoy.

Broken Eggs

Creatures
4 Disciple of the Vault

Spells
4 Dark Ritual
4 Doomsday
4 Night's Whisper
4 Vampiric Tutor

Artifacts
4 Chromatic Sphere
4 Conjurer's Bauble
4 Helm of Awakening
4 Lightning Greaves
4 Urza's Bauble
4 Darkwater Egg
3 Shadowblood Egg

Lands
13 Swamp

Use your night's whispers, break eggs, spheres and baubles to draw.

have either a helm or a disciple in play.
Cast doomsday

rearrange your library with the following:

the helm/disciple that you need, whispers, Conjurer's Bauble, Conjurer's, Conjurer's

You can choose not to use whispers to play it safe..

pop a bauble, draw a 2nd bauble, disciple drains 1, pop the 2nd bauble reshuffling the 1st, play the third, etc,etc infinite life drain. goes off really fast.

Lightning greaves are for protection.

All card drawing cards are free to play with helm.

Actually very nice idea. But I think you should use tendrils of agony for the wincondition. Disciple might be fine, but lightning greaves to protect him doesnt seam to belong in a combodeck.
Also I think you might consider to find something instead of urzas baubble. Drawing cards only in next upkeep looks like a major drawback in this deck.

Oversoul

The Tentacled One
It looks effective, but with the weakness of eating your own life total (to the point that an opponent might be able to finish you off). I hope it packs enough speed to outrace itself...

It is interesting to see this deck with Doomsday in it. I built a similar deck months ago, focusing on Helm of Awakening, the eggs, and Tendrils of Agony. I was attempting to build a competetive, budget, combo deck for use in Type 1. (Thus, note that my card choices reflect a more competetive atmosphere.) Obviously, this was before Doomsday was unrestricted, so I haven't considered its use in this deck yet. Now that I see it there, it seems like a fine inclusion.

Win Condition (2)
2 Tendrils of Agony

Easter Eggs (17)
1 Mossfire Egg
4 Shadowblood Egg
4 Darkwater Egg
4 Chromatic Sphere
4 Conjurer's Bauble

Search/Draw (13)
1 Demonic Tutor
3 Lim-Dul's Vault
1 Burning Wish
3 Death Wish
1 Frantic Search
1 Windfall
3 Words of Wisdom

Mana Acceleration (14)
3 Dark Ritual
4 Cabal Ritual
4 Helm of Awakening
1 Sol Ring
1 Mana Vault
1 Grim Monolith

Land (14)
1 Tolarian Academy
2 City of Brass
3 Ancient Tomb
4 Glimmervoid
4 Gemstone Mine

Sideboard
1 Tendrils of Agony
1 Yawgmoth's Will
1 Mind's Desire
1 Oxidize
1 Tel-Jilad Justice
1 Erase
1 Aura Blast
1 Hurkyll's Recall
2 Defense Grid
2 Ancestral Knowledge
3 Echoing Truth

Unlike your build, this deck contains neither Doomsday nor Disciple of the Vault. If I were to add Doomsday to the deck somewhere (probably to replace one copy of Lim-Dul's Vault and one copy of Death Wish), then with a Dark Ritual in hand, this deck could establish the same sort of Conjurer Bauble loop on the turn after Doomsday and finish up with an arbitrarily large Tendrils of Agony.

It is important to note that compared to the other builds of this deck that were being developed contemporaneously, this build was the slowest, but the most stable. That is to say, the other builds could win on the second or third turn, but often petered out no matter what turn they tried to go off. This build was designed to goldfish on turn four or five, but with excellent consistency.

The sideboard isn't all that exciting. It's a toolbox for use with the Death Wishes. The only cards it contains that are genuinely important are Tendrils of Agony and Yawgmoth's Will. Mind's Desire is useful in multiplayer games and the rest of the cards are present only to deal with specific threats.
