Questions on Warrior riddles

This thread is to post riddles you may have encountered. I think the Gamemaster frowned on posting the answers though, but what the hey.

If you think this is cheating, don't read the thread (or beat up on sageridder guy since this is his idea )

One riddle: What is more useful when it is broken?

Here is one: What do the dead eat, that the living would die if they ate?

The answer is: nothing.

I am a lake surrounded by two walls,
one hard and brown,
the other soft and white.

Some answers I don't rember the riddles to were,mirror,cloud,and shadow.


It would seem there are several with the answer book.They will talk about having leaves,a spine and speaking in some form.I have seen it phrased at least 3 different ways with the answer book.



Farmer brown goes to town.
he sells half of his melons + another half melon.
leaving him with one.
how many melons did he start with.

Hmmmm,since I've yet to see any magic references

Gottcha there bob,but unless you are saying you know that to be the correct answer, I would have guessed egg because their have not been any mtg referances at the warriors site.If you get a riddle I have posted I guarentee my answers to be correct.As a side note the riddles happen more often if you pray alot.They also are random as I got the smile one twice in one sitting.

I haven't played Warriors, but I noticed something about these riddles:

On average, I can get half of them without spending any time at all, and the other half completely stump me.
Has anyone else noticed this?

The various level of difficulty might have to do with the fact that the GM is from Sweden and some riddle might "loose" in the translation.

Got my first riddle yesterday :

(I made this one up, it's still a little rough, but the basics are there.)
