Mr. Wes Conteras, "wesc," signed up to the CPA 04-03-2001. He ran a self-managed auction website at www.netgecko.com . This site vanished for a while, but seems to have returned. I had purchased cards through him twice, and while he was not the most punctual trader I'd worked with, he packaged them well, and was an honest grader of their condition. Also, when one was damaged, he threw in an extra to compensate.
Overall, I was happy with the situation.

I got it day before yesterday, but haven't been able to pull the
cards yet. Final court appearance (hopefully) for my divorce is
tomorrow, so I've been a wee bit swamped. ;-) All that should be
over by tomorrow afternoon, though, so I expect to get them packed up and ready to go by evening.

Now, I think two weeks is plenty of time to pull a dozen pieces of cardboard and put them in a mailer and fire them off...right?
On the 21st of December, a receive another excuse:
"
I want to apologize for being rather unresponsive and failing
to keep up with things over the past week or so. As it happens,
life threw me a left hook and it turns out we're having a baby.
(Yay!) It took a little while to settle into a new routine,
but we're getting used to things now and everything is going
much more smoothly.
"

The Netgecko auction is folding due to technical and personal issues.
Due to some server issues, I do not currently have access to a majority of my records. While I do have some backups, they're not available until the issues are resolved or I retain another PHP/MySQL capable web provider. I expect the issues to be resolved within the week.
If you have a list of those cards and information regarding the payment, I can still check into things manually.

I emailed him the same list as above with shipping information and he has failed to respond to it or my successive emails.
While it appears he is getting out of the card business, I warn all who might deal with Portlanders that it is a big mistake, WesC is still at large. (And if you're from Portland and disagree, get my cards and I'll retract the statement.)
