new idea? needs help

This is a type 2 deck I've been working on with out Ap. I think the deck can be good,just don't know if I have all the right cards in it. anyways heres the deck list.

1-seers vision
4-recoil
4-malicious Advice (tap lands for syphon)

2-escape routes (bounce robber)
2-fact or fiction
2-dominate
4-stormscape Familiar
4-rushing river
2-wash out

3-addle
3-highway robber
4-rhystic syphon
3-dark ritual
4-maggot carrier

10-island
10-swamp

I'm at a loss on how to help your deck, except for the lands. You should put in 4 Salt Marsh and/or 4 Underground Rivers.

No, no. It's not bad. It's just not a deck I've seen before. Hmm, you should probably take out the rushing rivers, putting in 2 more Fact or Fictions and 2 more land, I suggest Dust Bowl.

2-more fact or fiction might work ok. I think I might need some creature control. i'm thinking about the (bridge)? I really don't need to attack to win with this deck. So the bridge wont hurt me. I don't know how the deck will work or fair against others,I haven't had a chance to play test. i just wanted to come up with something differn't. Also I'm thinking of a little more discard?

Maybe Arctic Merfolk?

It'll give you more bounce for your Carriers and Robbers, chump blocker too.
