MTG Toolbox for the iPhone, soon for iPad and Android.

I assume that the default is English... but the story only says
Magic: The Gathering Toolbox will be localized into Japanese, French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Korean to provide players around the world a chance to find the right tool for their games of Magic.
Does localized mean English and......?

I think the default is English, but "localized" means it will be "translated" into those languages also.
