Monday 4/7/14 cards
Mark Rosewater's card: Eidolon of Blossoms
Ethan Fleischer's card: Extinguish All Hope
Mike Flores's card: Dakra Mystic
Extinguish All Hope looks like it could be quite the casual superstar, huh?
Tuesday 4/8/14 cards
Gavin Verhey's card: Underworld Coinsmith
Bruce Richard's card: Dictate of Kruphix
Wednesday 4/9/14 cards
Mike Cannon's card: Sage of Hours
Kelly Digges card: Ajani, Mentor of Heros
Thursday 4/10/14 cards
Jacob van Lunen's card: Spite of Mogis
Adam Styborski's card: Kruphix, God of Horizons
So many good cards!
Yeah, it's already looking higher-powered than Born of the Gods. I mean, this whole block is a bit weak in comparison to previous ones, but it's still got a lot of appeal. I really like that they appear to finally be following through on the "enchantment matters" concept with this set.
Friday 4/11/14 cards
Brian David-Marshall's card: Dictate of Karametra
Sam Stoddard's card: Launch the Fleet
Luis Scott-Vargas's card: Mana Confluence
Mana Confluence is a usually superior alternative to City of Brass (better against Rishadan Port, but worse in combination with, say, Phyrexian Unlife). Theros and Born of the Gods have a few corner-case Legacy playables between them. This set hasn't even been spoiled yet, but it already clearly has some, on top of thematically taking the enchantment theme further than the previous sets. Very cool.
