You don't need both the Anthem and Mirari's Wake. I'd get rid of the Wake, considering that the extra mana boost won't mean much since most of your cards are pretty cheap. I also don't think you need Hunting Grounds.

That would give you 8 open slots. I would start by adding 2 more lands to bring you up to 23. I'd also add 1 more Phantom Centaur and 1 more Nishoba because they're going to be your big finishers. With those last 4 slots, I'd put in Disenchant or maybe Creeping Mold.

Those are just my suggestions.
