All DCI rules no longer have precedence as long as DCI Rune is in play. Any player can play by any rules they want until someone gets hurt. Then another player steps in and the beatings commence.
If a judge comes over and tries to make a ruling, each player may do as they choose to punish the judge. Then remind them the DCI Rune is still in play.
