when grim prison comes into play, each player taps all permenents in play.
during their untap phases, players can only untap one type of permanent each turn. That permanent is chosen by the other player, and only a permenent type that the other player controls may be chosen. (the permenent types are artifact, creature, or land)

Too miss-worded, if someone is playing withot artifacts, the other player could name artifacts and he couldn't untap anything.
