Hiya CPAtrons!

I have been playing for about 5 years, and I know a lot less about MtG than I think I do. :)

It's great to be amongst humans that don't live and breath tournaments and duels. I am looking forward to reading and spouting about all manner of MtG minutiae.

I suspected that this was sanity-optional gathering, and I am glad to see I was right. ;)

KBeta was a nickname I picked up in graduate school when I was learning how to use a scanning electron microscope (SEM). To make a long, boring, geo-tech-geek story short, K-alpha, K-beta, and K-gamma lines allow you to determine the chemical composition of things you are blasting with the electron beam of the SEM. My initials are KB. Thus, I was dubbed KBeta by my lab mates. Besides, it sounds cool, so I let it stick. :D

I'm the resident storyline/ex Invasion digger upper (everyone's been stealing my spotlight :( ) Oh well.

Good to see someone else who hasn't gone to hell and started spouting the latest "tech" from the "pros" :cool:
