there are 2 versions, one with green black, and one..

thats black, blue green...
this could go lots of places

green: fog effects, untargetability, +1/+1 counters or pumpability or life.Destroying artifacts or blocked creatures.

blue: flying, untargetable, unblockable, evasion, bouncing, returning.

black: fear, +1+1 until end of turn, swampwalk, flying


im thinking maybe he has flying, fear

when he damages an opponent they sacrifice an artifact unless they pay 2 or something..
perhaps when he damages a creature he taps them permanently (like the srilanka staring frog )
and most likely he can return to your hand, perhaps when you play a spell, or when another creature comes into play, and perhaps pro color (if he has weak toughness).

so maybe like...

Toad CCCC

flying/fear/Swampwalk

U: gains flying until end of turn/return Toad to owner's hand
BB: gains fear/firstrike until end of turn
UB: until end of turn, destroy all creatures blocking or blocked by toad (this is the best since it forces a 3 color strategy)

I was thinking of three versions...

Toad

GU:gains flying and protection from all of its colors until end of turn.
BU: when deals damage, opponent discards at random
GUB: gains fear, +2/+0, and can't be targeted until end of turn.

GB: Destroy target creature with flying.

When winged toad would be put into a graveyard from play
you may pay its mana cost to return it to your hand
