so yes.. it's a force spike.. This spell would probably not be worth chucking a million cards to.. but if you're tapped out and say you have a card drawing spells, and a creature that would die, you could remove them both to make them pay 2 more..

I also had a plethora of names i was going to use for this...


detain/ hold / suspend/ dissolve/ defer/
redo/ recant/ rework / wind/ displace/shift/alter

if i had an extra "ambiguous blue picture" i would simply make a
mirror 1 card that allows you to draw a card for U..
that way you have 1 blue.. remove 1... remove 1... remove 1... remove 1..
etc.. i think it might be rare as well..

Force Spike is already a very good card. This thing is strictly better. It needs to be limited in some way, like to noncreature spells or something...
