Ok, apparently I never post on the CPA *glares at doe*, so here I am, trying to piece together something that maybe resembles a good off topic thread.
Have any of you seen the new Jeff Daniels movie? Its about a hunter in the Michigan UP who has never bagged himself a buck.
Now, let me tell you all, I come from Michigan, and the UP is NOT like that! They made it out to seem like a totally different culture! Yes, pretty much everyone hunts, but were not all crazy hicks! Any of you want to come up here and challenge me, I welcome it! Get some kick ass Beef jerky and Mackinaw fudge while your at it...
The movie itself was odd. The first half was hysterical. Full of awesome jokes and gags. The second half...well...either I was smoking reefer, or the producers were. Its so trippy, it was like a horror movie that didn't make any sense. Craziness.
Anyway, what do you, The Confused CPA member, think?
