Man, this card is just messed up. I have a U/R Mirari deck that this falls right into, and I don't even think I'll put him in b/c he's so messed up. OK, maybe 1, but I won't be proud of myself when he breaks the game open.
RRRRR - Lightning Bolt for 15
UUUUU - Recall for 15
3UUU - Time Walk for 3 extra turns
3BBB - Edict for 3
3RRR - Burning Wish, not once but thrice!
