Deck for Mirage or 5th Edition

Is this Mirage AND 5th, or can you play a 5th Edition deck OR a Mirage deck?

And can you use Visions/Weatherlight?

Normally there are a few tournament types
Standard which currently includes 6th ed, masque block and invasion
there are block tournaments Mirage would include visions and weatherlight and Ice Age would include Homelands and Alliances
There is extended which includes all cards from Ice age to current.
and finally classic or type 1 which includes all cards
From what you have it would probably be an extended deck or a block deck you are looking for.
We need a little more information please.
