custom tags

How do people get the custom tags under their names in here?

If they're available to anybody, I'd like to be:

"DCI Outlaw"

I think I remember this being written somewhere, but my amazing powers of missing the obvious have caused me to fail at finding it.

Dang how simple is that!? And here I never even thought it would be that easy.

I mean, I thought there would be human sacrifices involved, and blood too. Lots of blood. No, more than that...
