Combo-like deck without that bad combo feel

Here's a deck I put together recently. It's fun to play and doesn't usually go into solitaire mode like a combo deck can...and there's not really a combo, but the deck is built like there was one. If you can give me any advice, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Spirit Link might be better than Wisdom due to the CC. I would highly recommend some counterspells, too, as Phantom Warrior is very vulnerable.

You might try Metathran Elite instead of
Phantom Warrior, it a 2/3 and unblockable
as long as its enchanted.(Urza's Destiny)

Gain an extra point of toughness, but lose general unblockability? Why? Empyrial Armor will deal with toughness anyway.

Keep the Phantom Warriors. (I always loved these.)
